Favorite Romantic Couple

IMG_0045Happy St. Valentine’s Day!

Love is in the air…and in the movies…and, of course, in romance novels.

Let’s have some fun on this day of romance and talk favorite couples. Who is YOUR favorite Romantic Couple? I don’t care if they are from a movie, a play, or a book. Tell me who your favorite couple is.

There are so many to choose from, but I have to say that my favorite romantic couple has to be Jamie and Claire from Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series. Love, love, love Jamie! Seriously who wouldn’t love a man in a kilt who sacrifices himself for the safety of the woman he loves? *Swoon*

It’s your turn…tell me in the comments section who your favorite couple is and where I can find them.

Enjoy the day with your sweetheart.

  1. I’d say Scarlett & Rhett, but that seems a little cliche 😉
One couple I love in recent romance novel history is Daisy & Julian in Susan Wiggs’ Lakeshore Chronicles series. These characters first appeared in one of the early books of the series, and she later wrote Marrying Daisy Bellamy to send them on their own journey. I just love their story.

  2. Thank you for this great idea – I decided to do a similar post (with a link back to your blog) 😉 Enjoy the day!

  4. Favorite romantic couple? Hmm…Josh and Reva from Guiding Light. Unfortunately, I don’t read romance novels so I don’t have a favorite from books. Now favorite serial killer…that’s another story!

    • Never saw Guiding Light. Used to watch General Hospital back in the Frisco and Felicia days. When was that…late eighties/ early nineties maybe? Wow, I’m starting to feel old. Thanks for posting, Stacey!
