Book Promo = Insanity

With a debut romantic suspense novel, She Can Run, releasing in November and a paranormal novella (co-authored with ATP’s own Rayna Vause) publishing in January, naturally my life is currently consumed with promotional efforts.  I have blogs and interviews to schedule, think of (the hard part), and write. Swag must be  pondered and priced.  Social media efforts have to be ramped up.  Post daily to Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.  Develop a presence on Goodreads.  The list of possibilities is as endless as an author’s imagination and budget. But, as a newbie, I feel a  little like Wile E. Coyote trying to catch the Road Runner in the old Looney Tunes cartoons.

For other authors, where do you connect with readers?  For readers, where do you go to look for authors and books?
